Support & Housing – Halton provides affordable housing with supports, Mental Health Community Support Programs and Consumer Survivor Initiatives in the regions of Halton and Mississauga.
Who do we support?
- People with mental health and or addictions who are 16 years and older.
- Youth at risk.
Is there a cost for our supports?
All of our supports are provided at no cost. Our housing units are rent geared to income.
Are all of our services confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is guaranteed to all people whom we support. Information is shared only with your expressed consent.
Are our supports flexible?
Support is provided on a flexible basis, with many groups meeting in the evenings. In addition, we offer 24/7 access to our crisis line support to all program participants.
Referrals for our Support and Housing Programs are processed by one-Link, a team that reviews referrals in our area to make sure that people who need support receive the right services for them. The fax number for one-Link is included on these referral forms. After a referral is made, individuals will be contacted by a one-Link Service Coordinator to talk about the referral in more detail.
